Archimedsiii, I don't have the figures on hand concerning the worldwide capacity or regional boat capacity( GOM or NS ) should the existing boats in dry dock become available. I wish I did, if someone can get a clear picture I sure would like to see it by contractor.

I guess my point is TMAR seems in a good competitive position and someone is going to have to keep the rigs supplied as the utilzation climbs. I think because TMAR has one of the newer ( new or freshly refurbed) fleets it has the best chance to get to 100% utilization first. I heard, but can't verify, that they are moving some low utilization boats to GOM from NS. Anyone know for sure?

From a valuation standpoint TDW is also likely a good bet but TMAR seems to have lagged lately (not withstanding jump on Friday to 7). If TMAR retracts Monday I be adding some.
