I think the idea of periodically reaffirming z positions is a great idea, and I'll participate as follows:

ANCR and INPH are participants in the fibre channel phenomena, with ANCR being the purer of the two plays, but not yet profitable like INPH is. Both are well below their 52 week highs, and I think have been establishing new bases from which to move up. I'm looking for each of these stocks to produce at least 20% additional appreciation in z positions I've sponsored, within the next 8 weeks. I just hope I have the patience to let them run, as they have been pretty volatile this year already! <g>

ZANY - I'll be selling the Z's position this week, but retaining my personal stake. This is probably going to take several months to get back to my $10-11 average cost. Too long a wait for the Z, and I regret not having taken a smaller loss long ago.

HAS - This continues to be an outstanding value play IMO, based on financials, product lineup, and movie tie-ins which appear poised to accelerate this summer. It is just coming off a dutch auction share buyback (details can be found on the HAS thread I believe, or at least their website). I think by this summer, this stock can easily move up 25-50% from current level, and by next Christmas, I hope to see it above $30.
