Hi Jimmy:

The 20,000 share sale at $29 appears to have occurred in January, which was way better than the $10 price in May. Looks like Peterson has filed for another sale to come.

$29 is a good price - I didn't realize it had reached that level in January. I guess $40 is pretty good to cover at then. I feel lucky to have covered the first round at $34.
