Tomas, thank you for correcting me. The Iraquis only BRAGGED about bringing production to 3.0 this year, They couldn't actually do it. Wow that's quite a trend the article pointed out. Production has fallen from peak numbers of 3.0 to 2.4 to 1.68. Dya mean that OPEC "cheating" was only replacing lost Iraqi production in the last few months? Fancy that.
