Impressive document. Glanced over the first 50 or so pages of the 182. This was the kind of information I would have loved to have seen 18 months ago. I guess, better late than never. What's next in the process? Has the SEC reviewed and commented on your 10-SB? What's next, does a MM have to submit a 15c-211 get get BLHG back into the OTC:BB arena? Nicely done 10-SB. From what I saw, it was well written without too much legalese.
