LANPF/LAN.T Set to Breakout

Watch for things to start happening soon as the end of the quarter approaches fast. They have been focused on selling the private placement and now that it is sold out I think we'll start to see additional press releases come out....possibly on more sales, another acquisition and hopefully the anticipated profit announcement.
As well, they have been in the process of moving both companies into the Plaintree offices as well as merging their product development teams together. This will all be completed by the end of next week and will be one less distraction for the management team to deal with.

Besides, these quiet times aren't that rare, especially after a stock has had a good run like LAN did. Marketmakers were successful in shaking out the weak investors, ceasing the opportunity over the confusion from the PP announcement. They have been accumulating throughout the down trend. The relatively low volume is a sure sign of this accumulation phase. Watch for LAN to breakout. It won't be long before we see $5.

Just a quick correction to my earlier post. In it I wrote that if all of the Private Placement investors executed the second part of the deal and purchased common shares at the lessor of $2 or market close price on Mar. 30 that LAN could raise an extra $ 5 million..........this should have read $ 10 million as there are 10 million half warrants and they could get 1 additional share for every full warrant ( 500,000 x $2 = $10 million). Once again, it is definitely advantageous for LAN to get the stock price up as high as they can over the $2 strike price to entice the PP investors to execute this second part. I'm sure they would like the extra $10 million to work with. At the least they will make sure it stays at $2 to lock this price in.
