MEDSITE IPO

This statement of which I'm going to give is just a thought based on other circumstances I've been involved with. iTECH has
given us a foreseeable future based on facts that have been pieced together by some great DD. The path at which iTech will
take in the next 6 weeks is pretty much known by all those invested. As the Medsite IPO approaches I believe we MAY not
see significant movement on the share price. This is not speculation. It is black and white and there is a possibility that the IPO
is already built into todays share price. I have a lot of strong/long shares of iTECH and I'm beginning to wonder if the Medsite
IPO is really the break we're waiting for. New news is what I think we need and a good "getting the word out" from the
company in regards to the AGM next month (brokers,media,etc...).

Keith,

Thanks for the information. I find it to be the most optimistic projection about iTech's future that Jim Graham has ventured to discuss in public. To me, this is a real positive and provides some insight into what may become an element of the long awaited promotional push. It also may hint at what the insider view is of the company's potential over the next 2 years, their real strategic objective. If they succeed at hitting that target, there will be a lot of happy and retired investors on this thread!
