Okay, UPDATE

Talked to Jeremiah and he said that they are putting the finishing touches on the audit numbers. He said they had more questions and sticky areas than most companies the first time because they were spun off from BNEZ, not applying as a new company for the first time.

Good news is that all the financials will be updated and good up to the last quarter of 1999. Which is great.

Once they file with the sec and edgar database, they are going to post the news on the web site for all investors to see.

He said sales are good and that once we file with edgar then they get together with the market makers and show them what Lois Law and Elaw and companies in our area are worth market cap wise and see what kind of a figure they can come up with. Right now there is no figure set, need to wait until filings are done.

But with only 5.9 million shares and probably 2.8 million in the float, this could turn out to be very nice.

That is about it for the update, everyone just hang tight and this baby with come through.

As I said back in December, June 15 to July 1st looks like when we will begin to trade and my gut feeling is going to be 50 cents to 1 dollar per share.

It just depends how many people want to get out at the beginning because of all the lovely BNEZ backlash they have endured. But I know myself and a group of large holders who own over 10% of the float are standing firm and will be buying from the smaller guys at the beginning that want to dump say 1k blocks.

That is all for now, but things are finally moving and will have another update around the 20th and then we should have a firm date set when they will file with sec and edgar.

As for the other 3 spin offs, searched edgar databases and nothing. Doesn't look good on those, but CPDA should come through.
