J.D., I wonder why Michael Dell would want a home in New York?

Any ideas?

this isn't about Broadway.
I'm not sure MD ever accepted the Austin lifestyle. He usually has a Tux instead of a T-shirt, never wears boots, doesn't own a pickup, and he's never spotted by society pages scarfing enchaladas at Rosie's Tamale House. He may be pulling a Waite on us. Let's see if Dell is reorganized as a Delaware Corporation.

( Dell/IBM just doesn't make sense )

J.D. I am starting to think there is merit to Kemble's dreams and fears. It would require a lot of renovation, what a job even for a young Dell and company! What would it do to the stock price, any idea?
Cheers
Mike
