OT-Phil I will not get in the middle of whatever you got going with J.HOLLEN. I will say this I have known him from the AGTI board and spoke with him a couple of times and had numerous messages back and forth with him going back at least two years. The point is I know him as well as anybody else here-that may not be saying much but I will say this John in my opinion is honest and has a heck of alot more integrity than alot of folks around these threads. He told me about ECNC and LGOV back then good bad or otherwise as of this minute never own either maybe never will that is for the record.I posted for the following reason JR has his moments but he is one heck of a guy and a consider him a friend as those things go for what it is worth.Take Care,MiriamsSon

hey Phil,

<The fact of the matter is that I don't believe most of the BS that is posted and I believe LGOV to be a company that exists to sell stock to innocent and unsuspecting investors.>
what investor puts money into a penny stock without knowing the risks involved. they are all gambles. each investor needs to weigh the risks and decide whether or not a particular company is within their risk threshold.

<The reason I am here is that a couple of years ago, I came on the thread and asked a few questions. I was lambasted by hollen and "the dusted one" and they attempted to run me off.>
you've said this a couple of times now, and i offer again, it seems like a personal vendetta(sp?) against John as compared to a concern for other shareholders.

<I mean the shareholders no harm, however:>
so am i to understand that you spend major amounts of your time on this thread to warn new and unsuspecting shareholders of the danger in this company? protect the new, but hurt the old. i don't understand that.

<LGOV is currently a "company" with not easily verifiable assets, valued at around 230MM (market cap) that is losing over 2MM per year on a MM&1/2 revenue, and with 16.3K in the bank, as of the end of 1999. Now Bruce, these are facts. Indisputable facts, according to the recently filed report. If you wish to argue, let's get it on, but let's stick to the facts.>
i don't dispute the facts you state above, but i say again, all penny's are associated with risk. and i think your last sentence really says it all, you seem to be more interested in an argument and a "let's get it on" fight. you're not here to protect anyone, you're here to try to settle your long lived grudge against John and if you hurt all the other longs in the process, well, what the heck, they don't matter, just the new people matter. gimme a break.

<I have to shake my head in disbelief that this stock is trading at a dollar and change per share.>
you can shake your head all you want, ain't gonna change anything, cept maybe give you a headache.

<There may be worse examples, but this one is one I am familiar with.>
wouldn't it probably more appropriate for you to say that "this is the one I"... have been hurt by and angered by, and i'm gonna get even, i'm gonna show them who to mess with.

<Read the SEC report and get back to me.>
i do not dispute the report, but i do again offer to you that all penny's, heck, all stocks are risks.

<I mean the shareholders no harm,....>
i have to go back to this one again. i think after reading many many of your posts, that you maybe meant to say "except John".

Phil, if you really mean the shareholders no harm, fine, once in a while post your DD findings, and your facts, and maybe let the rest go. everyone is entitled to voice their findings and their opinions, but it really seems that your effort to get back at John has the potential to hurt everyone. John is not LGOV, LGOV is not John. John is John and LGOV is LGOV. i have nothing against either of you guys, but maybe you could take this war to PM's.

Good luck to LGOV.
