The reason being that they could exercise options for $13
and sell them for north of $38 , who wouldn't ?

Remember - when Q1-2000 earnings are reported, they will be LOWER by $2 Million - because Jerry STOLE that $2 Million from us STOCK HOLDERS.

(I am assuming Sicko Sanders AWARDED HIMSELF that $2 million Bonus THIS quarter - and not LAST quarter).
