Paul,

So if Dregs-den and Thump-a-twirp are raring to go, then CRANK THEM UP and START SHIPPING AND SELLING THEM !!!

Didn't you ask the same question about GHz Athlons a few weeks ago? You appear to have become a slow learner.

Re: "The Conundrum I love is this: AMDroids universally agree that AMD can sell everything they make. So if Dregs-den and Thump-a-twirp are raring to go, then CRANK THEM UP and START SHIPPING AND SELLING THEM !!! Why don't the 'droids address this paradoxical situation ?"

AMDroids will not discuss these two points in the same post because of the obvious conflict. They can sell everything they make but for some unexplained reason they won't make all they can sell??? Fab30 is idle and Fab25 is underutilized while Intel is still capacity constrained. They insist Intel can't make anything over 733MHz while 850 & 866MHz CuMines are available on pricewatch.

Meanwhile I still think AMD is a reasonable stock to hold at this time. I am long shares and short lots of near term puts at strikes of $35 $37.5 and $50. Also some leap puts at $15. Also short some CCs, April $60s.

Good trading!
