I've also been wondering if Intel is playing any part with the new RAMBUST lawsuit. If you can't beat 'em with better technology, why not sue 'em to stop 'em dead in their tracks?

Scumbria,

I wonder how long before AMD is implicated, and I also wonder if Intel had/has any role in Rambus' decision to sue.

Just for the discussion sake, if Intel does have a role in Rambus' frenzy of legal suits - is it illegal or unethical to collude with another company to prevent a new competing technology from taking any foothold, or is it just Intel scrambling?
