- Charles, don't be so naiive

- If the MSFT prosecution isn't partisan politics at its worse, then why didn't the Reagan & Bush Justice Dept's ever go after MSFT?

- To understand how political Reno & DOJ are, I point to the case of a NJ teacher fired for being White; and the Black teacher staying on

- The White teacher sued in Federal Court claiming discrimination; and the Bush Justice Dept supported the White teacher against the School District.

- Once Clinton took office & appointed Reno, the Just. Dept flip-flopped & filed for support of the School District against the white teacher. This was unprecedented for the DOJ to switch sides while the case was ongoing

- My point: This case against MSFT is more political than you can imagine. It's the DNC's way of paying off its liberal wing; and punishing MSFT for not contributing to the DNC along the way.
