ITanium will never make it to production. IBM doesn't want it. Compaq doesn't want it. Dell doesn't want it. HP doesn't want it. All PC and Server manufacturers have put their 64 bit CPU plans on hold in WILD ANTICIPATION of the SludgeHumper. Haven't you SEEN all the Press Releases to this effect?
