Another point about CIBT - One of the things i like to see in a company is a history of management accomplishing what they've previously set out to do. Looks like they have done that with CIBT, to the point of a moderate positive cash flow while expanding ... so that goes on their record when they launch into a new venture with SEGlobal, which as a new deal is highly speculative - you don't have much more to go on than the history of management in considering whether they are capable of execution of the business plan.

Thanks, you guys ... fwiw, i do agree that a lot can be learned from personal contact, but not everybody can meet with the CEO, and i'm sure Mr Chu is glad of that, he does have a business to build ..... you know, CC, i think keith is the crazy one, he posts his real name on the internet -g- .... cheers .... el chiapaneco loco

Lately I have tried to pay special attention to people when they have been talking about what might happen to their investments in companies - if and when - the overall market corrects.

Lately? Heck, we've been dealing with that for a couple of years now, and the answer now as then is people and a plan. It's like saying there's a snowstorm coming, you're exposed to it no matter where you are (unless you pull out of the market and go where it's warm :), but its a whole lot more comfortable being in a solid structure. People and plan will always make the difference. Ok, more or less what Marcos just said :)
