I sent my proxy to David. I doubt that I was alone in doing so. WE own the company, and WE have a say in how it is run. If we have enough shares to vote, then we can get something done. Send in your proxy. I see no other way to salvation. Rick

To all shareholders of Adhatter, and Envirotec I sent my proxy in for what it is worth. I will say this though. After reading the letter by David Isaac, I was a tad disturbed to see the mention of H.K.Elrod as a participating party in this effort. I have come to learn too much from a very good source that this man is not someone we would want to be serving our interest anymore. He had a chance, and he blew it ( BIG TIME). There is a lot of bull shit that goes with the CSMA story. I'm not looking to lose out anymore. I feel anyone who feels their holding share worth ( something) had better speak up now, before it's too late. David maybe, H.K. HELL NO!!!!!! RT
