Based upon WSJ's coverage this a.m., MSFT has made some considerable concessions indicating it's serious about settling. Volatility will the the key word over the next couple of days but I think it's going up from here. JMHO

Something to Ponder
If Microsoft had charged an additional fee for the inclusion of Internet Explorer in Windows- does this not harm the consumer................ and of course because Microsoft did not charge for the Internet Explorer inclusion in Windows, this also harms the consumer? How can you win? What am I missing here, oh wise one?
