Talk Visual Settles All Issues On Company Sacramento Property MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 30, 2000--Talk Visual(NASD OTC//BB:TVCP) company chairman Michael J Zwebner announced today that the company has finally closed out the remaining issues in relation to the acquisition of the Sacramento property known as Internet Plaza. This week, the company settled all claims with a full and final cash payment of $450,000 and 100,000 shares of stock of Talk Visual. The previous owners had filed a "lawsuit" in December 1999, in Sacramento, CA against Talk Visual That suit was never served on the company. The settlement reached includes the removal of the mortgage on the property, the release of all liens against the property and a general release of all claims against the company, including the dismissal of the un-served lawsuit. This final settlement and the lifting of the lien on the property, now allows the company to proceed with the ongoing negotiations for refinancing the real estate site.
