Thank you very much for the URL ... I'm investigating it now ... I have found your PDF files under the "Publications" links. The paper, which was written in October, 1999 also is accompanied by some other interesting reading ...

I have been doing a good bit of digging around, and although they indicate the "commercially available" aspects of the "TIA-P" I am unable to find any such source ...

Yes, of course I need to always explore new avenues of information ... I thought that's what this board was all about ... way to exchange information freely to assist each other in making intelligent investment decisions ...

Hmmm ... which facts are you referring to? The fact that you seem hesitant to post URLs? Or the fact that we can't seem to find any supporting information for the single comment about the "commercially available" TIA-P?
