Milo - You wrote I think AMD hasn't let loose on Dresden yet, as They want Dresden to be able to produces as much as
Fab 25 as everyone will want on-die L2
.
There has been a lot of discussion on the new Spitfire which was supposed to have been a copper/on-die-L2 cache/Dresden part up until a few days ago. All of a sudden, somebody reported that the Spitfire will be coming from Fab 25 in Texas. My question is - will it still have an on die L2 cache and if so, how large will it be?
Will it also have the low power features for notebook applications?
