Mike,
Why do you think he's better off owning the stock? Taxes? I assume he's doing both a long and a short play. Just interested in your reasoning. TIA

<<Your better off just buying the stock>>

I assume you are referring to IARC?

If so, my strategy is this. I have plenty of shares in my core portfolio. Since my strategy is to have a core portfolio I add and subtract to diligently while I let it grow and avoid taxes, I am also incorporating V's strategy to use CC's as a means of earning monthly income. Using stock as a vehicle. My intention, as I believe this is what tha plan is all about, is to locate stocks paying a nice premium, and write calls atm, and hope the stock gets called. If IARC goes to $23 or $83, I will be fine with it. My core shares will be doing great, and my monthly play on the cc's will have accomplished their goal of providing me with a 15% ROI for the month, the stock will be called and I move on to another one.

Have a great day

Keith
