Yes, Banchee. . .MFNX is holding nicely. . .again our eyes need to be focused on two things. . . news on oil production increase and lack of earnings warnings. . .I expected more warnings this morning. . . if tomorrow morning is equally light on warnings. . .we could rally fairly hard the rest of the week. . .and straight into earnings week which begins next week. . . .just be sure to be the first ones OUT of earnings plays. . . expect peaks to be hit on different days in April with no single day beating out others. . .selloffs of lesser knowns underneath extraordinary peaks on pop techs. . .simultaneously. . .suggest not playing a very big basket, so that you can focus closer attention on your plays. . .tight stops are helpful. . . once the trend reverses on an earnings play. . . it could be over. . .even if there are 2, 3 or 4 days yet until the actual earnings are released. .. . and don't expect much upside AFTER earnings. . . .most will probably sell off despite their earnings. . . .remember . . it is the play, not the actual earnings. . .that counts. As we sneak through earnings week. . . the pop techs should include internets like CMGI, VERT, ICGE, YHOO, AOL/TWX, ATHM . . B2B like PPRO, CMRC, etc. . . Fiber Optics like MFNX, JDSU, GBLX, etc. . .others. . . Spirit, your Loral may have just bottomed out. . .at 10 3/4 Adding some QCOM. Rande Is
