Jim, Re: If the judge rules against Microsoft, 19 states could use this to sue microsoft. This will have a long lasting effect on the stock price.
You see, here in the USA we have 90% of the worlds Lawyers.

And I am glad I am not living there :-)

But I believe Microsoft is not the first one going through this and I very much doubt these law suits will have any long lasting effect on the stock price at all. After all, law suit is just a common item for any American firm.

I agree Jim! MSFT keeps makin' money and it will be hard holding the stock price down too long! It has lagged the High Tech Big Caps so bad that when it breaks out, and it will, it's gonna' really go up big time! When and how much? We'll find out this week, I believe. OMHO

Unfortunately Jim, you are absolutely correct. The United States of America has become "Heaven on Earth" for most lawyers..... In the long run, this will end up hurting many of us, including Microsoft shareholders. Yogi

<<You see, here in the USA we have 90% of the worlds Lawyers.>>

There's something wrong with your number: if we have only 90% of the world's lawyers, how is it possible that we end up with 99% of the world's scumbag???
