fwiw I believe (although my assesment may be wrong) that the telephony story being leaked is targeted at intra-enterprise telehphony which would not require a co-located IP POP. I agree with your other commentary. CSCO still has challenges but I would be careful about looking at Cisco and laughing. In the events I attend with carriers and PTT's Cisco always gets a respectful audience. Yes, they may have old-world prejudice but they are also aware that Cisco is changing the way networks work and they are quite attentive and respectful.... just as Cisco is of them. OG
