Arrow, could be any combination of those things. I think the Liberty deal signals an aggressive ATT involvement and that could be interesting. Obviously AOL has competition from them. Who knows who will win or even if they may partner up on the deal. MSFT is likely in there somehow as well. Just really don't have the answers but know the result will be pleasing.

Arrow -- sounds right. As I posted on Ragingbull, the main missing link in the holding co. stratgey was the keiretsu-like newtwork of companies that feed each other business. Liberty supplies this piece with its dozens of stakes in Internet, media, entertainment, telecom companies. They can provide both instant customers and content to IDT's various subsidiaries. Now, any analyst has to take them very seriously as a potential future CMGI.
