Settlement is likely IMHO......While settlement discussions could continue after Jackson
rules, a decision that the company violated the law could make it
harder for Microsoft by making the company feel at a disadvantage.
Jackson told lawyers that he was prepared to delay his decision if
told there was progress towards a settlement, people said.
