OSX rallying, XNG near it's highs, XOI following...buy now. Plenty of laggards to choose from. NR looking good again, but already have a full position. JimP, great post from Raymond James on watching OPEC compliance to see if it improves over the next several months. If so then OPEC is approaching near term capacity. My guess is we hit OSX 125 sometime in the next two weeks and then pullback and find support in the 110-115 area. But once again I'm not trading the index. As long as PGO hits 20+ I'll be very much on track for another huge gain in my portfolio.
