But when? I don't know what the regulatory requirements for Canadian companies are but it seems like timely disclosure is not one of them or that DBA has not followed the requirement. Per your suggestion, I checked CDNX and found only 3 notices. One was about DBA being unable to pay their CDNX bill and the others about a private placement. Next I checked Sedar where I found 34 notices all posted in February but dating back well over a year. Seems that the DBA private mailing list is the only way to get things on time. Even then DBA can may or may not send the information out to all. Once again, please tell me if there is a public location where DBA will post the same information that is sent out to the private list?
