I also have a feeling, that it is about the bottom now. Maybe several more points.
The timing; I think you are right in a sence that trend keeps changing very fast and now it is
obviously in downtrend, thou I do beleive that it is almost at the bottom.

Anyway, I beleive the news are not just hype, and the company is a solid company.
