I would think that the more highly leveraged and overextended darling stocks would be much more susceptible to a stiff correction in the coming time frame, but if the coming slide is too deep, than I am afraid that some damage may spill over even into the already beaten down old economy stocks. Hopefully not, as the damage has already been very severe in those poor stocks (dogs).....
The best thing that could happen is if the "darling stock" money leaves their "significant others" slowly :^), and gradually falls in love with the old "dogs". <g> Yogi
