Your assumption is wrong. Read the post to which I was responding. You tell me that 2,000 minutes, including long-distance isn't cheap, especially when for another $15 you can add another phone to share the minutes. Wife and husband can share 1,000 minutes including long-distance. Do away with long-distance supplier on your home bill (minimum charge $5.00 per month even if you don't use a single minute) and you have saved money. Sure, there are many who cannot afford it, but there are a lot more who see it as a savings of what they are paying for phones now.
