Yup, you have to very careful with options. I don't generally trade them, I buy them after making my decisions and generally buy at least 3x the amount of time I feel it will take to reach my targets. I will double or triple position at 50%, same again at 25%. I stick to my convictions and only bail on news I perceive as disastrous. On rare occassions I short puts, and will buy puts to hedge various things peridically. This strategy has panned out well for me.

I only buy stock for my core position on companies I am extrememly confident in, that way I don't suffer much lost opportunity. Don't get me wrong though, I lost plenty on options learning the game.

Again, good luck. I suppose I could muster up the statement that downside seems relatively limited from here. In terms of upside tough to say as 10 points of the AOL deal is already priced in.
