Thanks for that email post. It is precisely the reason for buying ahead of the tomorrow's expected ruling. I assume that would after the close of the market tomorrow.

I would think MSFT is a great trade right about now--to buy.
There is a possibility that they will ask for an extension to work out the settlement details. That should cause the stock to pop.

Don't Believe This E-Mail....I can't believe that the IQ demonstrated by the individual crafting this memorandum belongs to the CEO of Microsoft. The memo has to be bogus.
