Actually, the lawsuit doesn't hurt THQI..

very much. It probably scares away the little investor but they don't count for much anyway. The large investors know what's up.

I was with CYMI and they had a lawsuit filed against them. The stock moved up a couple hundred percent since then. It didn't take long. What it did take was the sector to turn hot (semiconductors).

When the gaming sector recovers from its slow period, THQI will move up big time - as usual.

P.S. Sold KIDE near the close. Didn't want to take chances holding in the morning. I know earnings will be great I just don't know the reaction. Conference is 11:00am and I bet the company says some positive things. I want to buy again tomorrow and make another 4% for a few hours work. This getting up at 4:20am is killing me though.

You must be joking. If lawsuits kept stock prices down, half the NASDAQ 100 would be trading on the pink sheets.

Last spring Network Associates was hit with a slew of class action lawsuits charging them with stuffing the distribution channel and insider selling at the all-time highs prior to announcing shortcomings. The stock has quietly moved from the low teens to the mid 30s.

"I just hope the company will do something quickly about these law suit".

Are you suggesting the company succumb to extortion? If they do maybe I will launch my own class action suit. Board has a fiduciary responsibility to shareholders. Payoffs are forbidden.
