We just hit day 20 on the 500mm MU convert. Forced conversion can be called anytime now. Bet they don't do it until employee options are cleared out.

And maybe the new convert issued. On March 22 they increased the shelf registration to $1 billion. Still haven't seen anything about that, or a part of it, being floated.
