Gordon,

that the orphanage was inexplicably a pretty decent place, with hope ( a mistake as it should have been worse for a decent pro-abortion stance),

I disagree with that. I see it as making an assault on trying to make abortion more mainstream than it already is, by making it look as just a good part of life. I am not saying it well, but what I mean is much in the same way Algore is tying himself to McClain with every speech he makes, so the abortionists are saying, see we are good just as this orphanage. Arm in arm.

IMO, there is a clear message in trying to tie the ""kindly"" man to such a bloody, money hungry industry such as terminating life at will.

Here is a quote from a review:

"..the film delivers reasonable pro-choice arguments, which state that: 1) "in order to allow the opportunity of being a good parent, the choice of being parents to begin with should be allowed as well"; and 2) "If those who are qualified don't perform the abortion, others will".

these are typical naral party line quotes. And both lies I might add.
1. in order to allow the opportunity of being a good parent, the "choice" of being such had ALREADY been made when two people decide to engage in sex. Whether one says "but that is unrealistic" is a copout and just a sign of an immoral people.
2. BAck alley abortions were a rarity and were always lied about with respect to the numbers of them happening.

I will say another thing. Go out and ask a bunch of people. Say this.
""Do you believe that you should have the right to abort your children at will? If and when they say yes, then say this. "If abortions caused a 50% mother death rate, would many mothers get them? "

I bet not. The brain cells that control selfishness would go into overtime trying to get out of that.
