Sir Gust: Nice to see your print. Back last year I sold NPEC and put the money in oil, so I said in past postings. Paying the 5 to 6 and 7.00 a share paid off. I'm thinking balck gold is of more value than yellow any day. Just look at what OIL, has done in the past 12 months. use any chart.
