Marvin, I'm not sure of the bottom line, but I believe that there is a perception that a loss for MSFT is viewed as a win for SUNW. This scenario played out shortly before Judge Jackson rendered his findings of fact. Consequently, I will presume that if and when Judge Jackson renders his conclusions of law, which will almost certainly be punitive in nature, SUNW's stock price will benefit once again.

BTW, I just heard that CSCO has surpassed MSFT as the largest market cap company. Interesting.
