Chris, if you really need cash in the short term, consider a margin loan against your NN/ALA position. The annualized interest cost for up to 3 months shouldn't be more than 2.5%(assuming a 10% margin interest rate) and, in the U.S. at least, I believe it is tax deductible as an investing expense, reducing the cost even further.
