i admit it's a bit of an enigma....possibly they are convinced the benefits outweigh the drawbacks? or maybe they are just swept up in the euphoria surrounding the mania...who knows. another possibility is that they are planning to do something if they feel things are getting out of hand. don't forget that in the case of stock prices falling for an extended period, ESO's will likely simply be repriced. under no circumstances will managements want to dispense with any forms of legalized theft now in vogue...
