I would've been MORE impressed if IDTC was allowed to invest in Liberty Media.

Jules,
<< It is not right that IDT continues to disregard its shareholders by not letting us in on exactly what is going on. How does an IDT investor make an intelligent decision to buy, sell, or hold, without having this information made public and available to them.>>
How can they tell you that they are in negotiations with one, two or three parties for whatever they are in negotiations for? Who know what it is? Maybe its the whole company for all we know. That's just the nature of the beast, it happens all the time, only usually we don't have a journalist giving us some juicy details which may or may not be true, or someone like Hawaii giving us the fruits of his long experience and DD of the company. There is always an act of faith when you buy a stock. You just have to consider the general market and sector, the position of the company within it, and get a feel for whether the management can actually take advantage of the opportunites that you think exist in it.

If you don't believe in HJ and Courter, you should sell the stock. That is the long and the short of it.
