Ari, thats amazing . I have a Japan and a Hong Kong fund as part of my port and they fell smack on the numbers you just put out. It's a fascinating part of the world and sinful that North Americans for the most part ignore their markets for reasons of unfamiliarity and suspicion. I have had the opportunity to spend some time in Japan and visit "a bit" elsewhere in S.E. Asia. The one thing that impressed me the most was the obvious vitality and "demand" of their peoples and economies. Anyone that chooses to disregard these areas of the world because of the " inconvenience " of investing there should really have a serious talk with themselves. Fortunately, while the individual investor "for the most part" misses these opportunities, many major corporations and a few of the informed smaller entities realize the game in these countries CAN NOT be missed. I for one am looking forward to expanding my knowledge and involvement in these exciting, vibrant and " believe it or not" still HUGELY untapped markets.
