Who was the form 144 seller in the previous post?

I checked the Edgar database, and there are a number of filings with the phrase "RODRIGUEZ FAMILY PARTNERS." The companies are RNTKC and SCMI. Here's the SEC filing from SCMI that mentions them:
tenkwizard.com

The phone number that is listed in the form is not in Florida, and it is not for somebody named Rodriguez, as you might expect.

It appears to be the following residential listing, according to a reverse-lookup:

Ogella, Debbie
Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91729-0000

It's an uncommon last name. The name Ogella doesn't appear in any SEC filing. It has only 7 phone listings in California.

Anyway, I wonder if they really got a price of 2.71 per share, as suggested by the form 144. The stock had declined below two on the filing date.
