I meant the term to apply to the length of time spent holding the stock...not particularly to a person's age.
However, given that I work in an environment in which I'm the oldest employee (at 38!), I've managed to avoid the "old fart" tag up to this point. I've actually be called "Dorian Gray" - but I'm still trying to find out where the painting is.
