Earlie, POS just called the convert. I don't quite get it though if they need more cash to outfit the lines and Lehi. Like billions. They also increased the shelf to 1 billion on the 22nd or 23rd. And how the heck did they get the principal down to $333mm (unless it is a partial call, which would be even more confusing)? Guess someone has already converted.

Anyway, I was right about no deferred interest. -g-

Earlie, INTC, CSCO and DELL all sport extremely high short interest. i believe squeezing the shorts has become a favorite game on WS. that explains the absurd heights to which the stocks have risen better than anything imo.
of course INTC is also a new era poster boy as well as a big holding in many a mutual fund portfolio. that makes the stock susceptible to manipulation...it's also an ideal vehicle for juicing the indices.
