Web Myst, I'm not sure who has been doing the accumulation. It has been suggested that it might be persons affiliated with the companies that are being hooked to the new FNTN web/portal site. Another theory is that it could be coming from the 'back end' >gg< - an alleged acquisition candidate. ... or both or both plus an additional unknown ... or any combination of these or none of these. As you can tell , the theories abound. The 1999 yearly report to shareholders, including the '99 4Q financials should be out this Friday I think , unless for some reason an extension is needed, applied for and received.
