Earlie, assuming the need for addition outside cash, I don't understand the way this is progressing. Any new convert is going to be tougher, at least I think, and costlier to float than keeping the old one. Equity float would be a great idea at these levels, if they could do it. So why call the old convert now? And how did it get down to $333mm? Something is going on here that doesn't smell right. -g-

Maybe they don't need outside cash and the supply is really going to hangman in the second half. Of course employees dumping tons of options could be a reason - quite period and all if a fresh equity offering hit the street.
