Got my "pro-rata share" settlement check today.

Be still my heart ...

"Please be advised that over 2,115 Proof of Claim forms were filed with total Claims exceeding $30,034,460. The Net Settlement Fund currently available for distribution is $1,795,000."

$1,795,000 divided by 2,115 equals an average "pro-rata share" of $848.70.

Betcha' most people lost more than 850 bux on this one.

Oh, well. I'm glad to have received *SOMETHING*.

Hey .. just in time to give it all back to the Tax Man.

Just received another settlement check from the PTUS fiasco.

This one is for my pro rata share of the settlement that hadn't been claimed.

Guess I'll go buy myself a Corvette.

Or, maybe not.
