Watching HLIT closely here. Closes its buy of Divicom in late April (shareholder meeting 4/24) should be closed 7 days after that. Price is just devastated lately. 100 dma = upper 90s, 200 dma = mid 70s

I guess Cramer said somethinhg about their earnings being back loaded for this Q. So that set up another wave of selling today ... he said it on the TV show and not on the web site... so apparently he has inside information that no analysts have come out with. Great to know sheesh.. (sarcasm here)
